How do I form a guild?
You can form a guild by travelling to your realm's respective capital city and locating the Guild Registrar NPC. You will need a full group of 6 people present at the NPC in order to form the guild. The group leader will become the guild's leader after paying a fee to the Guild Registrar and selecting the guild's name. The Guild Leader will then be able to set various permissions and expand their guild with new members if they so choose.

If our guild leader goes inactive, how can we get a new guild leader?
After 30 days of GM inactivity, the server will check for the highest ranked, most active player in an attempt to auto-promote that character to the rank of GM. The previous GM will be emailed to inform them that if they do not log in, they will relinquish control of the guild within 7 days. This is an automated process performed by the server.

I'm a guild officer and I can't enter the guild officer's room in the Guild Hall. Why?
Unfortunately, we cannot determine what each guild considers to be an officer's rank. Therefore, only the top two ranks (the guild leader and the rank bracket underneath the guild leader) can enter the guild hall.

Why does my guild cloak not show our heraldry emblem? We're Guild Rank 15!
Guild cloaks only display the heraldry colors at guild rank 15. At Guild Rank 20, your guild cloak will then display the heraldry emblem that has been selected. Until Guild Rank 20, it only displays the default faction icons.

Why does our guild standard not show the heraldry icon? It only shows the color and banner shape.
At Guild Rank 10, the guild standard only shows the selected colors, banner shape and banner pattern until you unlock the heraldry emblem for display. This happens at Guild Rank 20. On the guild rewards tab, it will show "Heraldry Reveal: Emblem" for Guild Rank 20.
